Job summary

Tencent Cloud in Singapore is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design scalable, secure cloud architectures for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to translate complex requirements into robust solutions and ensure seamless delivery from pre-sales through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture, preferably in Internet/Financial Services.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect customized cloud solutions aligned with customer objectives for scalability, security and performance.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, regulations, and constraints, translating to structured solution designs and plans.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and backend engineering teams, communicating requirements and monitoring milestones.
• Support pre-sales activities including presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and PoCs to drive opportunity conversion.
• Represent Tencent Cloud at industry forums, technical workshops, and ecosystem events, enhancing brand credibility in Singapore market.
