Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Presales Engineer / Solutions Consultant – SASE & Network Security to support design and delivery of security solutions for commercial and SME customers.

You will combine cybersecurity and network security expertise with presales duties, work with account managers and delivery teams, conduct demonstrations and PoCs, and translate customer requirements into practical, budget-aligned designs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in cybersecurity, network security or related tech field.
• 2+ years in SOC operations at L2 level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls/NGFW, VPN, IPS/IDS, web proxy, network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of SASE or SSE concepts and related tech.
• Experience in presales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting commercial/SME customers in Singapore.
• Experience with SI/VAR/MSSP or similar partner environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate tech requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to support sales for SASE, network security solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions for customer environments and requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical solution designs and architectures.
• Design security architectures using SASE, SSE, NGFW, VPN, SD-WAN where applicable.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, PoCs, and demos for customers.
• Coordinate with engineering/delivery teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on network security and cloud-delivered security.
• Assist in progressing opportunities toward technical closure.
