Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Lead to manage and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.

You will work directly with the sales team and customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements, then design and present tailored solutions that address their needs through demos, POCs, and compelling technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on cybersecurity pre-sales experience.
• Proven experience leading a pre-sales or technical team.
• Extensive knowledge across a wide range of cybersecurity domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers.
• Act as subject matter expert for cybersecurity solutions.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to design tailored solutions.
