Job summary

CERTIS TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Presales Consultant to design, propose, and present end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and electronic security systems.

The role leads the technical portion of the sales cycle, collaborates with customers, sales, engineering and partners to ensure secure, scalable and compliant solutions that meet business and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 3-8 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or infrastructure consulting.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience in integrated electronic security systems projects is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting government, critical infrastructure, or enterprise projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand operational, business, and technical requirements.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, scope of work, and bill of materials.
• Prepare tender responses, RFP/RFQ submissions, and technical compliance matrices.
• Present solution designs, value propositions, and demonstrations to customers.
• Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities and technical evaluations.
• Provide technical risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for solution validation.
