Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore is seeking a Sales Associate to drive unsecured loan sales through outbound calls to existing customers. You will work towards daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service and product recommendations.

The role requires a sales-focused mindset, ability to persuade customers on retail banking products, and accuracy in collecting income documents for applications. Five-day work week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to existing customers to acquire unsecured loan sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Strong sales-focused attitude with customer service orientation.
• Ability to recommend and persuade customers on retail banking products.
• Follow up on income documents and any other documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week; overtime as needed.

Job Description

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through leads given to acquire new unsecured loans sales.
• Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.
• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week, Over-Time applicable whenever required by Management.
