Job summary

Fountain of Youth Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee daily management and upkeep across multiple residential and private properties in Singapore. The role requires coordinating with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure high standards of maintenance and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Property Management or related discipline, at least 5 years of portfolio management experience, and strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, renovation, upgrading, and building-related works.
• Willingness to handle urgent or ad-hoc property matters when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of multiple residential and private properties.
• Manage tenancy administration, lease matters, inspections, and tenant communications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and timelines for repair and renovation works.
• Provide regular updates to the Owner on property conditions and expenditures.
• Handle ad-hoc property projects as required by the Owner.
