ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate and execute port call planning
• Expedite ship’s turnaround
• Process immigration and port formalities
• Electronic data entry and updates during all stages of port call
• Any other operational duties as assigned
• Adaptable to working in non-office hours environment
• Able to converse well with various stake holders and a team player

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• "O" Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC / Diploma in Maritime
• Good coordination skills and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of experience working for a ship agent or equivalent or related (added advantage)
• Mandarin speaking is compulsory to communicate with Chinese customers
• Knowledge of cargo operations berthing formalities (added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software or equivalent
• Positive disposition and able to work under minimal supervision
• Multi tasker and willing to learn
