AIA is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Customer Centricity and Operations Strategy team in Singapore. You will drive transformations across Life Operations through projects, process improvements, digitalisation and data-driven insights.

Work with business and technology partners to translate operational needs into scalable solutions that enhance customer experience, efficiency and business outcomes.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Experience in Life Insurance Operations, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Familiar with policy administration systems such as Integral Life (Life400/AS400).
• Knowledge of analytics/visualisation tools including Databricks/Tableau/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Gather, analyse and document scalable business and system requirements.
• Evaluate options with Technology teams balancing value, efficiency and feasibility.
• Lead reviews, alignment, prioritisation, sign-off and delivery milestones.
• Develop dashboards, reports and actionable recommendations for decisions.
