Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years in management consulting, advisory, insurance, or related functions.
• Strong problem solving, data-driven analysis, and ability to synthesize insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery with high-quality analysis and structured management.
• Cultivate client relationships and provide trusted advisory insights.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate research and draft presentations.
• Contribute to pitch materials and capability decks to articulate Allianz Consulting’s value.
• Support Allianz Consulting culture and internal initiatives.
• Develop knowledge in core strategic areas of Allianz and the insurance industry.
