Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business, CS or Data Analytics.
• Experience in Life Insurance Operations or process improvement.
• Knowledge of policy administration systems (Life400/AS400) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and process improvements for Life Operations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into solutions.
