Job summary

Manulife in Singapore seeks a senior transformation professional to drive end-to-end product development transformation, delivering scalable, insight-driven processes across the lifecycle. You will lead initiatives across Product, IT, Operations and Distribution, embedding governance and SOPs to enhance time-to-market, quality and operational discipline.

This is an individual contributor role with broad exposure to cross-functional transformation.

Qualifications

• Typically seven or more years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, product delivery, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong transformation and change management skills with design through adoption experience.
• Experience translating strategy into execution via structured planning, governance and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver product transformation roadmaps across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Support Book of Work planning, prioritisation, governance forums, and reporting cadence.
• Establish feedback loops and insights tracking to improve outcomes.
• Redesign and optimise product development and operational processes for efficiency.
• Lead change implementation with SOPs, governance, and adoption plans.
• Embed continuous improvement and transition new processes/tools to BAU.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, IT, Operations, and Distribution.
• Prepare SteerCo decks and executive updates for informed decisions.
• Deliver process redesign outputs, SOPs, playbooks, and practical tools.
