Qualifications

• Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9, and LOMA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison officer between distributers and AIA internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and provide feedback for betterment.
• Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails.
• Ensure accurate processing and update completion deliverables.
• Maintain and update team manual with new workflows and guidelines.
• Upkeep compliance with IT and Compliance guidelines.

About The Role

The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services – Partnership Distribution and is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of all post‑inception requests and enquiries. The role ensures primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in‑forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operational disparity between partnering firms and AIA standards.
• Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualised feedback for betterment of current processes.
• Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing document submissions (tracking and routing).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to partners’ customers.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for team meetings.
• Maintain and update the team manual to incorporate all new workflows and guidelines accurately.
• Uphold compliance with all IT and Compliance guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree or Diploma.
• At least 3‑5 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing or equivalent client servicing).
• Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
