Responsibilities include monitoring policies, managing budgets for system enhancements, and delivering dashboards that highlight key indicators for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, programme monitoring, or policy review.
• Strong analytical skills with data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and report progress of CET policies and programmes, including data gathering and analysis for reporting.
• Oversee budgets and contribute to system enhancements to support programme implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs and devise solutions.
• Develop dashboards to facilitate quick access to key indicators for leadership.
