Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking a strategic planner to drive TP-related policies and programmes within the CET ecosystem. You will lead strategy formulation, coordinate cross-agency collaboration, and manage data-driven reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in operational policy planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving government environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in operational policy planning and review work.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
• Able to distil key issues from complex information to develop policies and frameworks.
• Adaptable to ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, plan, and review strategies and policies in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Conceptualise and implement strategies for policies and programmes within CET.
• Coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Track progress with data gathering and reporting, oversee budgets and system enhancements.
• Undertake any other duties to support the division's strategic objectives.
