Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) invites a senior policy professional to join the Training Planning and Programmes Development Division (TPPD). You will help conceptualise training-partner strategies and develop and manage CET policies with wide impact.

You will collaborate with SWDA divisions, MOE, MOM, and external partners to implement policies, analyse data, and report outcomes. A contract is offered initially with renewal potential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in operational policy planning and review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
• Ability to distill complex information and translate into clear policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration across teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, plan, and review CET-related strategies, policies, and programmes.
• Coordinate engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation.
• Track progress and report outcomes, including data gathering and system enhancements.
• Undertake additional duties to support the division's strategic objectives.
