What the role is

Manager in the Training Planning & Programmes Division (TPPD) plays a critical role in supporting SkillsFuture Singapore's mission to enhance the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem. This position focuses on leveraging data analytics, statistical insights, and stakeholder collaboration to track, evaluate, and refine policies and programmes. By generating actionable insights and developing data-driven solutions, the Manager will contribute to informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of CET policies and initiatives.

What you will be working on

Policy and Programme Monitoring

• Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including gathering and analysing data for reporting.
• Oversee budgets and contribute to the development of system enhancements to support programme implementation.
