Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore is seeking a Manager for the Training Planning & Programmes Division to lead data-driven policy monitoring and programme evaluation. You will analyse CET data, oversee budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine CET policies and initiatives.

You will build dashboards and provide actionable insights through statistical analysis, data mining, and robust data management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, programme monitoring, or policy review.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data mining techniques and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

What the role is

The Manager in the Training Planning & Programmes Division (TPPD) plays a critical role in supporting SkillsFuture Singapore’s mission to enhance the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem. This position focuses on leveraging data analytics, statistical insights, and stakeholder collaboration to track, evaluate, and refine policies and programmes. By generating actionable insights and developing data-driven solutions, the Manager will contribute to informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of CET policies and initiatives.

What you will be working on

Policy and Programme Monitoring

• Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including gathering and analysing data for reporting.
• Oversee budgets and contribute to the development of system enhancements to support programme implementation.
