Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore is seeking a Manager for the Training Planning & Programmes Division to lead data-driven policy monitoring and programme evaluation. You will analyse CET data, oversee budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine CET policies and initiatives.

You will build dashboards and provide actionable insights through statistical analysis, data mining, and robust data management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, programme monitoring, or policy review.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data mining techniques and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including gathering and analysing data for reporting.
• Oversee budgets and contribute to the development of system enhancements to support programme implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs and devise possible solutions for policy and programme review.
• Handle data requests and provide contextualised statistics, offering insights and solutions to stakeholders.
• Clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy; perform data and error analysis to ensure reliability.
• Conduct analysis of CET data and CET-related survey results to generate insights that inform policy and programme design.
• Develop and refine visualisation dashboards on CET data and insights to facilitate quick access to key indicators.
