Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organised insurance administrator to support policy contracts, endorsements and premiums computation. You will coordinate with clients and intermediaries, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain accurate records.

You will work under the Section Head to identify efficiency improvements and provide timely administrative support, handling ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in issuing policy contracts and endorsements.
• Assist in issuance of policy adjustments and member movements.
• Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund.
• Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely.
• Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries by phone or email.
• Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation.
• Understand the workflow and to work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency.
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
