• Relevant experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, investment/ILP operations or financial services preferred.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple cases and follow-ups.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth execution of insurance, investment and ILP transactions.
• Monitor fund switches, top-ups, withdrawals and related transactions.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of failed or delayed transactions.
• Act as liaison between intermediaries and internal departments.
• Coordinate with Underwriting on medical or financial requirements.
• Facilitate processing of claims and policy servicing escalations.
• Coordinate with teams on quotations and complex cases.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding or delayed cases.
