Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD is seeking a diligent Insurance Operations professional in Singapore. You will prepare weekly reports, coordinate medical reports, handle underwriting memos, and liaise with advisers and service providers to ensure timely processing of applications.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in insurance operations and a strong eye for deadlines. You will support ad-hoc duties and ensure service levels are met across the process from documents to premium payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance operations or functions

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports and handle ad hoc assignments
• Manage cases requiring medical examinations and contact clients within one day of receiving underwriting memo
• Follow up with advisers on outstanding documents and premium payments before deadlines
• Coordinate with clinics and hospitals to obtain medical reports
• Liaise between advisers and underwriters to resolve issues, disputes, and sub-standard cases for new applications
• Provide timely updates to advisers throughout application process
• Monitor service providers to ensure agreed service levels were met
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned
