Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, GI Operations to be outsourced to our client. Based at Raffles Place in Singapore, the role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch. The 1-year contract involves processing new business, renewals and endorsements for commercial insurance, plus policy documentation and customer inquiries.

The incumbent will support system enhancements and UAT to improve efficiency and handle related admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance operations, policy administration or general administrative roles is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process issuance of new business, renewals and endorsements for commercial insurance policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of policy documentation while maintaining service standards.
• Manage policy documentation and perform related administrative duties.
• Attend to enquiries from customers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
• Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
