Zusammenfassung

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a PMO / Project Coordinator to support a strategic banking account in Singapore. You will work closely with the Client Partner and Technology Delivery Teams to manage day-to-day account operations, project coordination and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones and SOWs, coordinating resource onboarding, maintaining project trackers and timesheets, and preparing weekly status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, IT operations or professional services support.
• Experience in banking, financial services or IT services is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT project delivery and project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office; exposure to Jira is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

PERSOL is looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator to support a strategic banking account.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Partner and Technology Delivery Teams, supporting day-to-day account operations, project coordination, resource management and delivery reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Partner in daily account operations and project coordination.

• Track project activities, Statements of Work (SOWs), milestones, deliverables and deadlines.

• Coordinate resource onboarding, deployment, contract renewals and extensions.

• Maintain project trackers, timesheets, invoicing records and financial reports.

• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards and management presentations.

• Follow up on pending approvals, action items and project issues.

• Coordinate with internal delivery teams, HR, finance and client stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.

Requirements
