Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking a PMO professional for a 12-month renewable contract at Changi Business Park. You will manage project budgets, headcount processes, and financial governance to support timely investment deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare financial and operational reports, present insights to Tech Lead, and ensure compliance with policies. This role requires a degree and at least 5 years in AP/PMO/contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business/Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Contract management or PMO.
• Experience in financial governance roles for work projects.
• Knowledge of PMO analyst, finance processes, risk and project management standards.
• Familiarity with Coupa is an added advantage.

• Manage project budget and oversee headcount processes within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to meet strict monthly timelines and achieve investment deliverables, proactively addressing potential escalations.
• Develop and refine financial and operational reports to support project decision-making.
• Present financial insights to the Tech Lead, highlighting project performance, risk assessment, and areas for improvement.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in monthly forecast updates and generate purchase orders to support platform operations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree or diploma, preferably in Business / Commerce
• Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Contract management or PMO
• Previous experience in financial governance roles for of work will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of PMO analyst, finance processes, risk and project management standards
• Knowledge of financial& business analysis skills
• Familiarity with Coupa will be an added advantage
• Team player with good communication skills
