Job summary

HeliusTechnologies Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Project Support Specialist to assist the project management office in tracking progress, risks, and KPIs. You will help with contract renewals, PIR submissions, and updates in SAP, ensuring smooth project execution.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across levels. Proficiency with MS Project, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with strong multi-tasking capabilities and attention to details.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people at both junior and senior levels.
• High competency levels in project management tools and videoconferencing tools e.g. MS Project, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities
