QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Finance & Contract Management professional in Singapore.

The role focuses on project financial management, cost tracking, and governance-compliant procurement processes within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will partner with platform leads and management to monitor budgets, prepare reports, and support CAPEX charge-outs, DOA compliance, and master service agreements renewals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Support development effort charge-outs, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate resource supply and demand planning with managers.
• Prepare timesheet and utilisation reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure CAPEX charge-outs align with DOA and governance requirements.
• Monitor budgets and ensure spending stays within financial controls.
• Prepare documentation for fixed asset accounting and asset capitalization.
• Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
