Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Digital & IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX, against financial plans and forecasts.
• Track budget utilisation, actual spending and variances, and support regular financial reporting.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and stakeholders on budgets for key projects and programmes.
• Prepare budget reports, analysis and updates for management review.
• Provide executive support to the Head of APAC Digital & IT, including calendar management, meeting coordination and administrative support.
• Coordinate internal events such as townhalls and management meetings.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of financial and administrative matters.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
