Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma holder in Business / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with banking or financial industry is advantageous.
• Detail oriented, fast learner, capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report Build and Operate financials with platform leads.
• Support development effort charge out to projects.
• Prepare resource supply and demand data with managers.
• Extract and prepare timesheet reports.
• Track monthly charges and flag discrepancies to PMs and Team Leads.
• Prepare documents for Finance Fixed Asset capital expenses.
• Support Contract Management activities and approvals.
• Create PRs in Coupa for PO issuance to vendors.
• Liaise with stakeholders on outstanding contracts and DOA approvals.
• Review contracts for compliance with guidelines and standards.
