Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Analyst to generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems, process invoice payments, and reconcile IT-related expenses.

You will maintain accurate records, support budgeting and forecasting for IT projects, prepare monthly dashboards for the Technology Finance team, and help drive data-driven improvements while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of finance experience in tech, financial services, or consulting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Process invoice payments and ensure timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Partner with senior technology leaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations.
