Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a PMO/Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project implementation in a banking environment. You will assist with planning, execution, timelines, schedules, status reports, and essential documentation.

You will track tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under PM guidance, coordinate SDLC activities from requirements gathering to UAT and training, and lead change management to drive adoption while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Experience in system-related projects as a member or end user.
• PMO experience advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers for end-to-end project implementation.
• Assist with project planning: timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under PM guidance.
• Coordinate SDLC activities: requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers for an end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution.
• Support Project Planning activities, including preparing timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under the guidance of project managers.
• Working with BAs and help manage and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.
• Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experiences in banking
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in system related project (as project members or end users) is a must.
• Prior experiences as PMO
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to changes
