Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a PMO/Project Coordinator to oversee data engineering initiatives, tracking status, timelines, budget, and resources while maintaining RAID logs and meeting minutes.

You will coordinate between data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders, facilitate Agile and Waterfall rituals, and support reporting with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI, within a banking compliance framework.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of PMO or Project Coordination experience.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
• Conceptual knowledge of Data Engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data warehousing, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, data governance).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project status, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation across Data Engineering projects.
• Maintain standard PMO documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.
• Act as a central point of contact between technical data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and project status reviews using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Assist with tracking project budgets, invoices, resource utilization, and vendor engagement metrics.
• Ensure all data engineering initiatives align with regulatory, compliance, and internal governance frameworks standard in the banking industry.
