GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Coordinator to manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance artefacts in a regulatory banking context from Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with Risk, Finance, Data Management, IT and vendors, producing management reports, and supporting transformation initiatives with emphasis on BCBS239 and data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project planning, RAID management, status reporting, issue tracking, and change control.
• Experience preparing project documentation, management reports, minutes, governance materials, and stakeholder presentations.
• Experience supporting IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management, or transformation projects within Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Preferred: BCBS239, data governance, data management, or regulatory-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans; ensure timely follow-up, escalation, and closure.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Data Management, IT, and external vendors to manage dependencies and support project delivery.
• Support project planning, scope, milestones, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and project documentation per PMO standards.
• Monitor compliance with governance, reporting, and documentation; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management documentation.
• Prepare project status updates, management reports, meeting materials, and governance presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management, or transformation projects within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in BCBS239, data governance, data management, or regulatory-driven initiative is preferred.
• Experience with Collibra, Informatica, or equivalent data governance tool is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred.
