Job summary

Randstad Singapore is partnering with a global Private Bank to fill a PMO/Business Operations role. Reporting to regional leadership, you will enable smooth operations, governance, and financial management across a portfolio of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating governance forums, tracking milestones, delivering executive dashboards, managing budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and cross-functional liaison across technology, finance, and business units.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in PMO, Business Ops or similar in banking.
• Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking is a plus.
• Proven track record in budgeting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project portfolio financials, budget forecasting, and accruals.
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, PO processing, and payment queries.

Reporting to the regional leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in facilitating smooth business operations, project governance, and financial management across a portfolio of strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate regional governance forums, track project milestones, record action items, and craft high-impact presentation decks, dashboards, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage project portfolio financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and resource onboarding and planning.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of vendor contracts and invoices, handle purchase orders, and resolve payment queries while maintaining strict audit compliance.
• Drive special strategic projects, facilitate day-to-day operational cadence, manage team logistics, and serve as a reliable liaison across cross-functional technology, finance, and business units.

Skills and experience required

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Operations within the banking and financial services sector (exposure to Wealth Management or Private Banking is highly advantageous).
• Proven track record in project financial tracking, vendor management, budget forecasting, and operational governance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-ready reports and visual dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
