Responsibilities

• Remove, apply, and repair ceramic tiles and solid materials.
• Prepare cement floors and surfaces for coverings.
• Handle daily waste removal and maintain work areas.
• Prepare flooring surfaces for coverings.
• Remove waste/debris daily and after completion of works.

Job description

Overview

• Removes, applies and repair ceramic tile and other similar solid materials to floors, walls and ceilings
• Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• Repair plaster,Lay brick and block.
• Mix and apply glues, cements and grouts
• Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs and curbing
• Install grout for new and existing door jamb
• Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
• Prep flooring surfaces for floor coverings
• Preparing and mixing different types of raw materials to get the plaster ready
• Hanging pictures, paper towel holders, sharps dispensers, soap dispensers
• Preparatory to painting, make repairs in plaster, sheetrock, and masonry surfaces
• Must Do 12 hours Work.
• Need Night Emergenmcy Support.
