Job summary

Rehab Matters Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to support physiotherapy clinics with front-desk admin, client scheduling, and billing while assisting therapists during treatment and assessments.

You will help prep patients, set up equipment, and supervise prescribed exercises, as well as create educational content and assist with workshops promoting physiotherapy and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level.
• Diploma in Therapy Assistance or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in Physiotherapy/Healthcare field is a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with attention to details.
• Enjoy meeting and helping people.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Able to commit to 5.5 workweek.
• Able to commute to 2 locations: Novena Royal Square Medical Centre and Guthrie House (Fifth Avenue).

Responsibilities

• Take charge of general clinic administration duties including front desk reception.
• Attend to appointment enquiries, scheduling, and weekly reminders.
• Maintain billing and payment records and client statistics.
• Maintain therapy equipment and scheduling of maintenance.
• Assist in preparation of patients for treatment and supervise exercises.
• Support physiotherapists in assessments and treatments with physical assistance.
• Prepare and set up therapy equipment for patient use.
• Create educational materials on heart, lung and chronic diseases for social media.
• Plan and conduct workshops to promote physiotherapy and healthy living.
