in Singapore is seeking a patient-focused staff member to assist Physiotherapists in delivering therapy services and to prepare, set up and operate physiotherapy equipment for patients' use. You will provide chaperone services, maintain equipment cleanliness in line with infection control practices, and support QA, risk management and data collection within the department; administrative duties and ad hoc tasks may also be required.

Qualifications

GCE O'/'N' level with WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services will be an advantage.
Experience in frontline and customer service preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team player with passion for service excellence.
Basic computer literacy and ability to converse in English and a second language.

Responsibilities

Assist Physiotherapists in therapy treatment and equipment setup.
Provide chaperone services and maintain equipment cleanliness in line with infection control practices.
Support quality assurance, risk management and data collection within the department.
Assist with administrative duties within the department and undertake any other adhoc tasks as assigned.
