Job summary

Saldo Rehabilitation is a well-established physiotherapy clinic in Singapore seeking a friendly Clinic Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and handling appointment scheduling, payments, and records.

You will work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations, maintain confidentiality, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills; familiarity with electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling.
• Handle phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Process patient payments (cash, cards, other methods).
• Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, organizing).
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
