Job summary

Saldo Rehabilitation Private Limited is seeking a friendly Therapy Assistant to join our clinic team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle calls, process payments, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and create a positive experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records (preferred, but training provided).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Process patient payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
