Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.
Experience in data analytics and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow management and inventory.
Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects.
Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual processes.
Work with IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions.
Act as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting training and downtime workflows.
Apply data analytics, automation, AI to solve operational problems and improve performance.
Support strategic and cross-functional projects beyond Pharmacy.
Stay informed of industry trends to continually transform operations.
