Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Pharmacist to lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations in Singapore. You will manage workflow, inventory, manpower deployment, and address operational challenges to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will analyse data, develop dashboards and KPIs, and drive process improvements through technology, automation, and system enhancements with IT teams, acting as a system superuser and champion for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognized by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including work flow management, inventory management, manpower deployment, and operational problem-solving.
• Analyse operational data and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost-efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual or repetitive processes within pharmacy operations.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to translate operational requirements into system solutions, including system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Act as a Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training, system adoption, and downtime or contingency workflows.
• Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve operational problems and improve business performance.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects, including analytics, process improvement, and transformation initiatives beyond Pharmacy where appropriate.
• Stay informed of relevant industry, technology, analytics, and healthcare trends and identify opportunities to continuously improve and transform pharmacy operations.
