Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Analyst to combine pharmacy operations, data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, and automation to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and service outcomes.

The role also supports cross-functional and strategic projects, applying analytics and transformation capabilities beyond Pharmacy where appropriate. You will work closely with IT teams and vendors to implement system solutions and dashboards.

Qualifications

BSc Pharmacy or equivalent (Singapore Pharmacy Council recognized).
Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow and inventory management.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
Drive quality improvement and operational excellence to boost productivity and service quality.
Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual processes in pharmacy operations.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions and testing.
Serve as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting training and contingency workflows.
Apply data analytics, automation, AI and new tech to solve operational problems.
Support strategic cross-functional projects beyond Pharmacy where relevant.
Stay updated on industry trends to continuously transform pharmacy operations.
