• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Act as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting training and system adoption.
• Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging tech to solve issues.
• Support analytics, process improvement, and transformation initiatives beyond Pharmacy.
• Stay updated on industry and tech trends to drive continuous improvement.
