Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a results-oriented professional to join our pharmacy operations and analytics team in Singapore. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow management and inventory management.
- Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Lead quality improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost-efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual processes within pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions, including testing and implementation.
- Act as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training and downtime workflows.
- Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve operational problems.
- Support cross-functional and transformation initiatives beyond Pharmacy where appropriate.
- Stay informed of industry and tech trends to continuously improve pharmacy operations.
