Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Analytics professional in Singapore to blend day-to-day pharmacy duties with data-driven transformation. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, inventory, and manpower while leveraging analytics to push continuous improvements in productivity and service outcomes.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, support digital transformation, and collaborate across teams to implement system solutions and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow management and inventory management.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects to enhance productivity, quality and cost-efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual or repetitive processes within pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions, testing and implementation.
• Act as a Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training and system adoption.
• Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve operational problems and improve performance.
• Support strategic projects beyond Pharmacy where appropriate.
• Stay informed of industry and technology trends to continuously transform pharmacy operations.
