Overview

A reputable Family Office is seeking a highly committed and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO and the senior team. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can provide seamless support even when the CEO and team are travelling across different time zones. The PA will oversee both professional operations and selected personal matters for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications for the CEO and team.
  • Provide real-time support to travelling executives, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups across time zones.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence with absolute discretion.
  • Assist the CEO with household and personal tasks, including home maintenance, individual appointments, and errands.
  • Coordinate team meetings, internal logistics, and external engagements.
  • Support family office administration and light project work.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders or UHNW individuals.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities.
