Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our Wealth Director. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands‑on experience, exposure to wealth advisory operations, and the chance to grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • 📌 Assist Wealth Director with daily office and administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • 📌 Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and client materials.
  • 📌 Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
  • 📌 Keep office supplies stocked and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • 📌 Assist in planning and coordinating company or client events, meetings, and conferences.
  • 📌 Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
  • 📌 Support the management team with special projects and ad‑hoc tasks.
  • 📌 Assist with general office tasks such as expense claims and other support duties.
Requirements
  • ✔️ Good organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • ✔️ Customer service experience is a big plus, even if you have minimal office or insurance experience.
  • ✔️ Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks.
