Job summary

A security services company in Singapore is seeking 3 Security Officers to work in an international school environment. You will manage access control, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds. A valid Security License and English speaking skills are required. This is a fixed shift position with no rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English.
• Valid Security License is required.
• Experience in customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control at the school.
• Provide traffic and crowd control.
• Handle customer enquiries and issue visitor passes.
• Protect properties and ensure noise control.

Security Officers x 3

(International School )

Location: near One-North MRT

1. Works in School environment; dealing with international students for various levels, dealing with public, schools’ teachers & staff, contractors, etc.

2. Excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities. Good People skills.

3. Working hours – 7am - 7pm; Fixed shift, no need to rotate.

4. Any educational background so long as you can speak English & have good customer service experience & valid Security License

5. Job duties include access control, traffic control, crowd control, answer customers enquiries, issue visitors pass, protecting properties, noise control, etc.
