Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Perm Customer Service & Order Management/Processing Executive (East) to manage end-to-end sales order processing in the ERP system, handling new orders, amendments and engineering changes while ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

You will provide customers with regular updates on order and parts status, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, expedite shipments, and maintain customer profiles and pricing data to support efficient service

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales order processing in the ERP system, including new orders, amendments and engineering changes; ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order and parts status; prepare customised reports and follow through on enquiries until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, expedite orders and manage shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing service issues, managing escalations appropriately and ensuring agreed requirements are fulfilled.
• Review purchase orders, contracts and customer requirements to identify discrepancies; maintain customer profiles, pricing and product repair information in the ERP system.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes, management reporting and other operational initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
