Job summary

Liftoff, Inc. is hiring a Performance Strategist II for Account Operations in Singapore. This hybrid role combines performance optimization with billing and collections ownership for APAC/GCR enterprise customers.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, and Revenue Ops to manage campaigns, monitor invoices, and resolve payment issues while driving efficiency improvements across billing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of campaign optimization, BI, or analytics experience in adtech.
• Exposure to billing, collections, or finance operations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Business Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and support Performance Strategy accounts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize campaigns using Looker or similar BI tools and share findings with teams.
• Coordinate billing workflows and liaise with Finance and AR for collections.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale APAC billing operations.
