Job summary

IATA Consulting in Singapore seeks a Head of Billing Operations & Data Processing to lead the Global Delivery Center's data reporting, processing and billing operations, and to partner with I&D and regional teams to shape data strategy.

You will manage a team of data operations professionals, drive end-to-end reporting, ensure interoperability with BSP/CASS systems, and deliver cost-efficient services while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing systems operations and reporting in aviation or related financial/data-processing environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and driving cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPC strategy and roadmap in partnership with global teams.
• Oversee BSP and CASS data processing systems and ensure on-time reporting.
• Ensure dashboards and reports are available for ISS stakeholders; interface with BSPLink.
• Drive implementation of new BSP/CASS operations and vendor solutions.
• Develop data processing strategies and governance across the GDC.
• Manage the Data Operations and Reporting team with emphasis on data governance and excellence.
